Mortal Kombat X already has a substantial amount of characters both from the series' history and extremely popular movies. You can already duke it out as Alien or Predator but now a new character will be joining the games gigantic character roster.
From the makers of Borderlands, Battleborn is a new first-person shooter game with MOBA elements, and it launches May 3rd! Featuring 25 unique, playable heroes and single-player, co-op, and multiplayer modes, Battleborn is shaping up to be a solid title.
The Witcher: Blood and Wine should be out soon, I hope, and we have a few more details regarding it. The game includes visual upgrades similar to the ones we saw in Hearts of Stone. In Hearts of Stone the foliage got a substantial improvement.
According to a report from CNET, "Microsoft is buying 10 million strands of laboratory-grade DNA from Twist Bioscience that they will use to encode digital data. The DNA strands are being studied as a potential replacement for conventional storage mediums, which have limited lifespans and low density."
Update: Raiden 5 releases outside of Japan next month.
Famitsu's Twitter account just announced that Raiden 5 will release for Xbox One on February 25, 2016. The tweet also provided new details about the game. Raiden 5 takes full advantage of the Xbox One's cloud processing functions.
Paranautical Activity is an odd game. It's a victim of timing rather than any flaws with the basic foundations of the title. Had I not known about Gunscape, Tower of Guns or Ziggurat on Xbox One, I would've loved this game. Unfortunately, it pales in comparison to other roguelike shooters out there. Success in the console market requires your game to stand out from others in a substantial manner.
