Update: According to a Bungie producer, Destiny 2 only runs at 30 FPS on consoles. Project Lead David Shaw also confirmed this to numerous other outlets and our sources. Bungie also said that they can't talk about Destiny 2 on Xbox One, in particular Project Scorpio and what advantages it brings over the standard console, until Microsoft's E3 2017 press conference where they'll share more details about the project and its visual capabilities.

At the Destiny 2 event currently taking place in Los Angeles, a member of our team got a chance to view the game running on a PlayStation 4 Pro and PC. We have confirmed that Destiny 2 on PC has an uncapped frame rate and features full 4K resolution support. In addition, the PC version will have full mouse and keyboard support with custom key mapping, text chat, and an FOV slider.

For more news regarding the event today, check out our article where we compiled all of the big announcements. Destiny 2 will feature a bigger and better story campaign, vast new worlds, and a deeper social experience. A gameplay trailer and demo were also shown at the event.

Destiny 2 is set to release beginning on September 8 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. Bungie could not confirm the game's frame rate on Microsoft's upcoming Project Scorpio.
