Rocket League, the soccer-with-cars game, is currently only available on Windows and PlayStation 4. However, in an interview with Red Bull, Psyonix head and director Dave Hagewood said, “We’re looking at all kinds of platforms and there may be some announcements coming up at some point. Hopefully before the end of the year, but I can’t confirm that.”
On August 3, marketing head Jeremy Dunham confirmed to GameSpot that Rocket League is in the process of being ported to other systems. He said, “Yes, we are definitely bringing Rocket League to additional platforms. We’ll have an official announcement of what platforms those are and when a little further down the line.”
Are you excited for Rocket League on Xbox One? Have you played it before? Let us know. From what I’ve heard it’s a done deal but we’ll see. Stay tuned for more information as soon as it’s available.
