You’ll be able to get behind Dante’s white hair and punk posterior on March 10th, a whole week before it’s original planned launch date.
DmC polarised fans with its revamped character designs, but enjoyed general praise for solid gameplay. The Definitive Edition will be launching on Xbox One and PS4, and utilizes the extra horse power to deliver improved visuals and the all important 1080pee buzzword.
Capcom have previously detailed the features of DmC:DE. The set will include all DLC, and new game modes and challenges to satisfy players who exhausted the original, as well as an ‘hours’ long campaign ‘Vergil’s Downfall’, featuring Dante’s eponymous brother himself.
To further placate fans of the classic Devil May Cry games, Capcom have tweaked gameplay following fan feedback, as well as including the ability to lock on to enemies as per older games. In addition, those picking up DmC will be able to don Dante with costumes inspired by classic character designs.
