Rocket League, the hugely popular racing sports hybrid game that recently hit a million players on Xbox One, just teased what their next mode will be. A few hours ago Rocket league put up an in-game image on Twitter of a match being played on a basketball court with the goals being actual hoops. The message of the tweet read “March Madness is just around the corner. Great time to tease the mode we’re working on next #RocketLeagueHoops”, which seems to be a very strong indicator that they will be bringing basketball into the mix instead of just having soccer and hockey.
What do you think about them adding new sports? Personally I believe this could be a huge step for the developers (if well received) into adding even more modes for players in the future.
