PowerA are known for their unique accessories and recently the company teased us with a new product. It’s a known fact that the Xbox Elite Controller paddles aren’t suited for playing shooters. The short ones could be broader and the long ones get pushed accidentally over and over again. I can’t tell you how many times that’s happened to our staff here. Well, PowerA has a solution and it’s almost here for general consumers.

First of all the paddles look amazing. They’re stunning and very detailed. They look like something Microsoft would bundle with the Xbox Elite Controller. Secondly, they’re broad and short, which means that no accidental presses will occur. I can’t wait for the company to make these available to gamers everywhere. They solve a major concern many Xbox Elite Controller owners have. You shouldn’t have to hold an Elite Controller at the edges to avoid button presses. The kit costs $39.99 and hopefully PowerA will announce an exact release date in May soon. Definitely keep an eye out for these if you’re an Elite Controller owner.
