It looks like Dirt 4 will support Project Scorpio. In an interview with WCCFtech, Codemasters revealed that they couldn’t talk about specific enhancements but they confirmed that there would be some on the upcoming console. The developers said:
“With regards to Scorpio, it is too early for us to confirm anything but we are definitely excited by the new hardware and look forward to seeing what we can do with it to maximize the potential of Dirt 4 on consoles.”
This is great news for those hoping to pick up the game on Xbox One. While it may be a blurry mess on consoles, hopefully it’ll look amazing in native 4K 60 FPS on Project Scorpio. At least there’s hoping. In another obscure interview with GamingBolt the developers said that it was theoretically possible they could get it running at native 4K 60 FPS.
