I had a friend compare The Divison to Destiny, yet I shut him down almost immediately. However, as the game is being poked at, players are starting to uncover many similarities. One of these are loot “caves,” these are areas found in many games that are filled with items to collect.
The loot caves found in the dilapidated New York aren’t actual caves, but they are still perfect for grinding XP and loot. You can find this area in the northwestern area of the map, placed next to Autumn’s safe house. After you spawn into the safe house, exit and make a left at the first street. Towards the end of the street you will find a group of enemies with a named boss as well. It is important to remember not to kill all of the enemies as this ruins the repeatability of the “cave.” You will also need to know that the boss appears after reaching level thirty. Killing the boss will earn you two superior items and one to four Phoenix credits. Then you need to find a way to kill yourself, either by explosive or letting the enemies take you out, once you spawn back into the safe house the enemies should have respawned. Now you can repeat this as many times as you so desire.
