Forza Horizon 6’s sixth series update, Horizon Meets, adds a 7-Eleven themed Car Meet, three new-to-Horizon cars and 200 extra levels in Horizon Play. Playground Games says the update went up for download on Steam at 5:00PM UTC on October 5, and the Horizon Meets Festival Playlist opens at 2:30PM UTC on October 8.
The series then runs to November 5. Playground’s release notes on Steam give the version number as 461691, and the notes on forza.net list four fixes alongside new engine swaps for several existing cars.
What the Forza Horizon 6 Horizon Meets update adds from October 5
The engine swaps, a new Treasure Car, the Horizon Play levels and 10 cars added to Spec Racing all carry an October 5 date, so they are in the game now.
Three of those Spec Racing cars are paid DLC: the 1990 Alfa Romeo SE 048SP, the 2023 Audi R8 Coupé V10 GT RWD and the 1990 Nissan #12 Skyline GT-R. Playground says every player can use them in Spec Racing whether or not they own the matching pack.
The Treasure Car is a 1970 Citroën 2CV, tracked down from an in-game photo clue.
Horizon Play’s 200 levels are not a fresh start for anyone who hit the old cap. Playground says excess XP earned past level 100 before the update counts toward the new ranks, with one of 20 new badges for every 10 levels cleared.

When the Festival Playlist opens on October 8 and what it rewards
The 10 Festival Playlist reward cars unlock from October 8, led by the 2025 BMW M4 CS at 80 points and the 2015 Koenigsegg One:1 at 160. Completionists get a Series History Reward, the 1973 Lamborghini Espada 400 GT, at 1,100 points.
Four more cars go only to Car Pass, Deluxe, Premium and Premium Upgrade owners, on a staggered schedule:
- 1972 Datsun 240Z #5 Rallye, October 8
- 2024 Ferrari Purosangue, October 15
- 1990 Eunos Cosmo, October 22
- 2024 Mercedes-AMG GT 63 4Matic+, October 29
The 7-Eleven content sits in the same window. Playground lists the themed Car Meet as a limited-time Evolving World location from October 8 to November 5, set in the Nangan region near the Nangan Day Trip, and the konbini itself becomes a prop players can keep using in EventLab.
One reward has a deadline inside that window. The 7-Eleven Clerk Uniform unlocks by taking a snapshot of the Car Meet during the first week of the series, Playground says.
Two car horns, Konbini Door and Noodle Slurp, join the reward pool, along with two player badges and an Egg Salad Sandwich collectible. Behind the store sit discounted aftermarket cars, among them the 2008 Mazda Furai and the 1989 Toyota MR2 SC.
The Drift Attack score fix and audio additions in Horizon Meets
One fix stops players accumulating Drift Attack score by fast traveling or using rewinds. Another makes a photo of Temple of Nachi Falls count toward the Photography section of the Collection Journal.
The other two are audio. Drive Mode animations gained sound on the 2021 Mercedes-AMG ONE, the 2013 McLaren P1, the 2017 Ford GT and the 2025 McLaren W1, and Tire Scrub audio plays when the wheels move on a stationary car.
The update lands in a crowded stretch for the platform, with more than 20 new Xbox games due between October 6 and 9.
Playground says the next series update is themed around City Life, with two more permanent race routes in Tokyo, three new-to-Horizon cars and another EventLab prop pack.
