RUMOR: Battlefield 1 may contain few episodes at launch

According to Twitter user txt231, Battlefield 1’s campaign will only include six missions or episodes. The user referred to the missions as episodes so the game might follow a storytelling style similar to Battlefield Hardline. The following missions are part of the game if the rumored is to be believed:

• Friends in High Places
• Nothing is Written
• Through Mud and Blood
• Avanti Savoia!
• The Runner
• Epilogue

I’ll be honest, six missions doesn’t seem like a lot. Hopefully they’ll be large missions and not similar to the smaller ones found in Star Wars: Battlefront. Maybe more will be added with the season pass. I’m a little worried though. Until we have confirmation take this with a grain of salt.
