Cuphead, the adorable 30’s cartoon style platformer from Studio MDHR has just been delayed until mid-2017.
In an announcement on their blog, Studio MDHR has said: “Throughout this year we discussed reducing the scope to make a 2016 release, but we made the difficult decision to delay the launch in order to ship with our vision intact. We are happy to announce that Cuphead will be coming to Xbox One, Windows 10 and Steam in Mid-2017.”
While it is sad to see Cuphead get pushed further and further away, at least the developers are taking care of the title and are planning to launch in as good a state as possible. I, for one, am still very excited for Cuphead when it finally launched next year.
