Update: Fallout 4 mods have been delayed indefinitely on PlayStation 4 most likely due to storage differences between versions.
Mods for Fallout 4 on console launched earlier this month and aside from a few issues, has worked surprisingly well. Mods will soon be coming to PS4 as well but with a major downgrade. On Xbox One, you are currently able to download a total of 2GB of mods but on PS4 you will only be able to download less than half of that at 900MB. 2GB is hard enough to work with now but in the future when giant story mods will be made, it will definitely be difficult for the PS4 to keep up since it will even have problems supporting some mods we have now. Bethesda has said that they are working with both Microsoft and Sony to increase this limit in the future but I doubt we will see that for at least a couple months, maybe never.
