Update: Service has been restored.
Over the past 24 hours, Xbox Live and other Microsoft services have experienced outages and issues while attempting to log in to Microsoft accounts and access digital content. Last night, people found themselves unable to play games in their digital libraries as ‘Purchase and Content Usage’ was experiencing problems. Today, ‘Xbox Live Core Services’ are affected, leaving people without the ability to sign in to their accounts on both console and PC.
We’re aware of reports of trouble logging into Xbox Live. We’re working hard to get things resolved. Stay tuned to: https://t.co/99xfLMWcZW

Xbox Support has acknowledged the issues on Twitter and are working to resolve them as quickly as possible. Seeing as Mass Effect: Andromeda released today in North America, hopefully the engineers get it up and running soon.
