Performance Designed Products (PDP) is known for making various video game accessories, and they have just announced that they will be showing off a new Xbox One controller charger at CES 2016. This charger, named Super Charger, will be able to fully charge a controller in under 60 seconds.
PDP’s Chief Technology Officer Tom Roberts has said “The Super Charger’s unique ability to recharge the Xbox One controller in just seconds reduces interruption in game play sessions – a full recharge during a quick break provides convenience to all gamers.”
Little is known about the Super Charger as of yet, including a price point or availability. However we do know that one full charge should provide around 10-12 hours of gameplay. More details will most likely come out of CES when it begins on January 6th.
