Adam Boyes stepped down from his position at PlayStation today and wants to go into game development. Boyes used to be the vice president of third-party relationships at the division. While it’s great that more individuals become game developers, it’s even better when they decide to join the ID@Xbox program. Adam Boyes confirmed that he wished to be a part of the program to Mike Ybarra who congratulated him for entering game development.
Chris Charla even expressed excitement over making him a part of the ever-growing list of developers and studios. While Adam’s next game might be years ago, it’s still great to see the camaraderie between executives. Chris should hurry up and send him some development kits so he can get started.
