Madmind Studio just announced that their first-person survival horror game, Agony, is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC in 2017.
The game takes place in the depth of Hell and offers gorgeous visuals and terrifying gameplay. It looks to be centered around exploring the world beneath. You play as a tormented soul who finds himself in a demonic world with no recollection of his past. Players will have to traverse the twisted landscape of the underworld interacting with other lost souls while trying to figure out a way to escape.
According to OnlySp who had more details about the title, “One of Agony’s more interesting mechanics is the ability to inhabit simpleminded demons and control their actions, giving the player an advantage in the hostile environment of Hell.” This is definitely an interesting twist to the genre. I can’t wait to hear more about it soon.
