Update: Halo: Reach, Mirror’s Edge, Dirt 3, Dungeon Siege 3, and Streets of Rage will be backwards compatible. Microsoft also shared more Xbox 360 games that will be available on Xbox One. Xbox Dynasty managed to compile an alleged list of titles.
Phil Spencer has just revealed on the Halo 5: Live stream that backwards compatibility and the NXE update will be available for everybody November 12 for Xbox One.
There will be around 100 games available with backwards compatibility including every Gears of War, Fallout 3, and Burnout Paradise! Backwards compatibility was revealed at E3 2015 and was one of the most requested feature for Xbox One. Now that it is almost upon us, Xbox will truly be the best place to play games this holiday season!
