OnlySP managed to get their hands on a few new screenshots from CD Projekt Red’s highly anticipated The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. In addition, footage of the game’s PC version appears to have emerged from GDC.
The game will conclude witcher Geralt’s story, bringing WRPG majesty which looks set to challenge the likes of Elder Scrolls and Dragon Age.
Here’s an assortment of screenshots, both new and recent (as of yet un-posted on ICXM) to tantalise you (and me, mostly me).
The game footage from GDC was running on ultra settings via PC as part of Nvidia’s conference. Whilst Xbox fans shouldn’t expect this amount of graphical fidelity, the video gives us a fresh look at changes to the UI and combat elements from the game’s latest build.
This is where I’d put my money for GOTY 2015, unless Bethesda drops a bomb and announces Fallout 4 for the holiday season. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s marketing boasts an expansive world, gorgeously detailed environments, dynamic NPCs and sophisticated tactical combat. Whether it lives up to the hype remains to be seen, but all signs point to a yes as of right now.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is coming to Xbox One, PS4 and PC on May 19th 2015.
