The release date for the Xbox Elite Controller appears to have been revealed. Amazon and GameStop have both listed the release date as October 27, which is also the release date of one of Xbox One’s biggest titles this year, Halo 5!
The Xbox Elite controller includes interchangeable rear paddles and hair trigger locks. It also lets you adjust the thumb sticks’ sensitivity and the minimum and maximum values of the triggers, perfect for such a shooter as Halo. You can assign buttons to your preference, save them to the included app, and even load two profiles onto the controller and instantly change between them with the built-in profile switch.
The controller will cost $149.99 or £129.99, and includes:
Xbox Elite Wireless Controller
Carrying case
Set of 4 paddles
Set of 6 thumb sticks
Set of 2 D-pads: faceted and standard
USB cable
AA batteries
