Square Enix will release VR DLC for Final Fantasy 15 when the console is ready for VR according to game director Hajime Tabata. I’m not sure if the Xbox One will ever get compelling VR experiences because a lot of gamers complain about nausea and other visual issues when using budget devices like PlayStation VR.
It’s still nice to know that if a day comes when Xbox One gets VR, at least Final Fantasy 15 will be ready for it. I’m mostly excited to try out Final Fantasy 15 on Xbox Scorpio which is designed for VR in mind. It’ll offer a high fidelity experience which will prevent all of these motion sickness issues found on lesser devices.
