Update: GameStop has now removed Song of the Deep from the main webpage, including the text that displays May 10th as the release date for the game.
There’s been a lot of excitement for underwater side-scrolling adventure game Song of the Deep, developed by Insomniac Games and published by GameStop, and it looks like we may actually be getting our hands on it rather soon. Although the release date is stated as “Summer 2016” on one webpage, it is actually shown as “5/10/2016,” or May 10th, 2016, on another. There’s also a nice rundown of the characters, graphical style, and plot on the GameStop website. Song of the Deep will cost $14.99 and will be available on both Xbox One and PC. Stay tuned to ICXM for more information and news relating to Song of the Deep.
