Update: The image might be fake. The account was impersonating Ed Boon for quite some time so everyone thought it was real. The authenticity of the image is in question now as the account seems to always post accurate information regarding Mortal Kombat X except now we know it was just an imposter all these months.
Mortal Kombat X already has a substantial amount of characters both from the series’ history and extremely popular movies. You can already duke it out as Alien or Predator but now a new character will be joining the games gigantic character roster.
From an announcement on Instagram, series creator Ed Boon shared an image of the upcoming character. Comic book fans and lovers of horrendously bad nineties movies can now scream with joy because Spawn will be coming soon to Mortal Kombat X.
