Update: The game was teased in a HoloLens video so it might be a HoloLens exclusive or might have HoloLens integration.
Microsoft has filed for a new game trademark which may hint at a new IP.
The trademark, named Fragments, was filed under Class 9 which is for game software, and was filed last week.
The link to the trademark has been taken down, most likely because Microsoft found out that people were spreading it. This has happened before when Microsoft trademarked a new Killer Instinct game, which turned out to be real.
Phil Spencer has repeatedly said that more new IP’s would be coming to Xbox in the coming years. This could possibly be a new exclusive series for Xbox, but nothing is official yet.
What do you guys think about the trademark? Let us know in the comments.
