From the developers who created Fibbage, YOU DON’T KNOW JACK and Drawful comes Quiplash, a “super-simple game.”
Alike Jackbox’s other games, a phone or tablet is used rather than a controller (or a keyboard). In Quiplash, players must answer simple prompts like “Something you’d be surprised to see a donkey do.”
Your answer is then pitted against an opponent, in a head-to-head clash of “Who can think of the most intelligent answer?” or “Who can think of the funniest answer?” or maybe just “Who’s answer is the least stupid?” Other players then vote for their favourite answer and, rightfully so, the answer with the most votes wins the head-to-head.
Some additional game details are as follows.
Number of Players: 3-8 players – however, you can have an audience of hundreds or even thousands (whom can also take part in the voting portion of Quiplash)
Launch platforms: Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and Windows PC.
Launch territories: Consoles – North America, Windows PC – Worldwide
Release date: Early Summer 2015 (if all goes as planned for Jackbox)
You can back Quiplash on Kickstarter, and help Jackbox bring on talented folks to assist them in making the game a reality.
