Update: The trademark is not for a new game. According to Kotaku, the trademark is for an in-game live-action video series starring Sam Lake, Remedy’s creative director. False alarm people.
Remedy Entertainment has filed a trademark for the next Alan Wake game called Alan Wake’s Return. The game’s website, under the name of alanwakereturns.com, is also under construction by Network Solutions. Network Solutions registered many of Remedy’s previous domain names too.
Are you excited for the game? Let us know. Sam Lake already hinted that they would revisit Alan Wake at a later date. This looks like it’s the sequel.
