Back at E3, the Xbox community was stunned when Microsoft announced backwards compatibility to Xbox One. Xbox Head Phil Spencer has revealed though, that the company doesn’t want to stop there.
Spencer wants to bring the ability to allow users to play their Xbox 360 games on their PC. During an interview with Gizmodo Brazil, Phil said:
“Xbox games on Xbox One is something I want to do, but it is a matter of priority. I would love to have the ability to play Xbox 360 on PC at some point too, so we have different things we have to think about when we plan these things. But it would be great to have support for original Xbox games. So yes, I want it, but we have many other things we want to do as well.”
Although nothing is certain, the ability to play Xbox 360 games on your PC is something on Microsoft’s agenda. What do you think about the idea? Leave a comment and let us know.
