Well, it seems like the dead platform is still alive and kicking. Along with news that the official VLC app have launched on Windows 10, Valve made available to official Steam Pocket Edition on Windows 10 Mobile today. The app supports Steam Authenticator, Steam Marketplace, and all the goodness you’d expect from the Android and iOS versions.
Windows Central noticed that the app isn’t a Windows 10 UWP application, like many others. You can download the app at the source link below.
