Microsoft expects to send Windows 10 as a recommended update in the Windows Update system, in early 2016. This will allow Windows 10 to be downloaded automatically for those who have these settings selected as “Microsoft recommended settings for Windows Update”. The update won’t be automatically installed due to the need of the users acceptance of the Windows 10 license before the installation.
This update will have kind of a “trial period”, which means that after the installation it will be possible to “downgrade” to the previous version of Windows that was installed on the PC. This “trial period” will be of 31 days counting from the installation of Windows 10.
