A new limited edition Forza Motorsport 6 Xbox One bundle has just been announced by Microsoft. Included is a copy of Forza Motorsport 6 and a custom designed Xbox One and controller which features a Forza Motorsport 6 theme and custom sound effects for the disc-eject and power buttons. Also included is a 1TB Hard Drive so you’ll have enough storage to install Forza Motorsport 6 and all the big releases of the holiday season.
The bundle is also being showcased today by Ford as part of a Ford Trends, an automotive event in-which members of the Press have been invited to. Here Ford have showcased a number of items including the 2016 Ford F-150, new technology and even new ways to make driving safer and more efficient.
Of course however, I’m writing this article about the new Forza Motorsport 6 Limited Edition Xbox One console. With a custom designed 1TB Xbox One, controller with rubberized diamond grips and a digital copy of the game and the 10 Year Anniversary Car Pack, it’s definitely a neat bundle. The design on the Xbox One reflects the colour and reflections of that found on the 2017 Ford GT, the cover car for Forza Motorsport 6. It’ll be available starting September 15th 2015 (September 18th in the UK/Europe) and will be available at the Microsoft Store and select retailers for $399 in the U.S. The controller will also be sold separately on the same day as the system launches and features the updated 3.5mm headset-jack.
The bundle is being created in celebration of the 10th anniversary of Forza Motorsport. With the launch of Forza Motorsport 6, the franchise is going to be better than ever before with more than 450 cars, 26 locations, weather effects, night racing and all with 24-car races. Turn 10 Studios promises to share more details about Forza Motorsport 6 as we approach the launch in September.
