Update: The screenshots are fake. They’re from the Windows version of the game running at high resolution.
Gears of War: Ultimate Edition was accidentally confirmed for Xbox One a few days ago by the Brazilian rating board. Today, it seems that some early build screenshots of the remastered version have appeared on the Internet. The images show a complete overhaul of the textures and they look fantastic. Gears of War was somewhat of a dark game on Xbox 360 but more vibrancy has been added in the new version.
What do you think about the images? Are they real? Do you like overall look even though it has more color? I absolutely love it.
