After a successful Kickstarter that brought Armello to Steam in early 2015, the role-playing strategy game will now make its way onto Xbox One this fall.
Armello is described as a “digital board game” and is set in a fantasy world featuring anthropomorphic animals. League of Geeks, an independent Australian game studio, developed the title as their first game. Armello uses a turn-based system and attempts to recreate traditional fantasy tabletop games.
Although it is already available on Steam and PlayStation 4, new characters will be coming with the launch of the Xbox One version. Elyssia, the first of four additional characters, is a member of the rabbit clan and will help towns boost their defenses. These characters will also come to the PC and PlayStation 4 versions around the same time.
