Microsoft has announced that the second group of DLC for Rise of The Tomb Raider will release next week. Baba Yaga: Temple of the Witch is included with the $29.99 season pass and comes just weeks after the Endurance mode was released.
The Baba Yaga DLC will include hours of additional content and feature all new puzzles and enemies in a brand new area. The trailer for the DLC, which you can see below, pits Lara through a series of quite insane hallucinations at the hands of a supernatural being. The final part of the game’s DLC, Cold: Darkness Awakened, will release later this year with no exact date as of yet.
In our review of Rise of the Tomb Raider, we mentioned how it expanded on Lara’s impact both emotionally and physically in the game. Intense cutscenes and animations truly showed what Lara was going through on her missions. The Baba Yaga DLC is sure to follow along the same lines with the introduction of witches and otherworldly beings.
The Baba Yaga: Temple of the Witch DLC will release on January 26 on Xbox One.
