A remastered version of Dead Island may be coming to Xbox One if a listing on a retailer’s website is to be believed. South African site Loot recently displayed a product page for a game titled Dead Island: Definitive Edition. The listing also suggested that the title was coming to PC and next-generation consoles. The listing has since been removed.
I wonder what upgrades have been made to the game since it released all the way back in 2011. Considering that Dead Island 2 has been delayed to 2016, now would be a good time to release a remastered version to generated excitement for the upcoming title. Hopefully the definitive edition will include the Riptide expansion. One can hope, right?
