It would appear that the mediocre Resident Evil 6 is getting an Xbox One remaster if a Korean ratings board listing is to be believed.
Typically when a game is listed on a ratings board site, it means the game is real and it has finished development or is nearly finished. Lots of games get leaked before its official announcement due to a slip up on one of the official ratings board websites, like Gears of War: Ultimate Edition. The only question is, when will it get released? Sometimes games get rated and the developers sit on it for a while and the game doesn’t get released or even announced for months, only time will tell.
This also aligns with Capcom’s plans to remaster their large catalogue of games, they have recently started remastering lots of the early Resident Evil games and it wouldn’t surprise me if we got a Resident Evil collection on Xbox One sometime in the future.
