Yes, you did read that title correctly. To celebrate Pi-Day tomorrow, Microsoft is reducing the price of the 12-Month Xbox Music Pass from $99.99 to $31.41 for one day only. Plus, it also works for both new subscriptions and the renewal of existing subscriptions. There’s also some Pi-Day themed Digital Gift Cards available at the Windows Store.
Xbox Music is Microsoft’s all-in-one music service which offers millions of songs that subscribers can access on their Xbox One, Xbox 360, Windows Phone, Windows RT/8/10 device, iPhone, Android and even on the web. That’s a lot of screens right there and you can access your music on all of them, both streamed and downloaded. You can download as much music as you want on four devices for offline listening (of course, the tracks Are DRM protected) and stream music from as many devices as you wish. Xbox Music Pass also allows you access to unlimited Music Video streaming if you’re on a Xbox console. You can also add music ripped from CD’s to your Xbox Music Cloud Collection. Later this year, you’ll be able to add music to OneDrive and also access it from Xbox Music without having a subscription.
I use Xbox Music everyday across a variety of devices and I always say how $99 a year is excellent value. Now you can get it for $31.41 for one day only. If you’re any way interested, you cannot miss this deal. The big question here is obvious. Is it US only? Currently, Microsoft haven’t specified yet if it is, however I will keep an eye out for further updates and let you all know if I hear anything.
