Over 2 million people played Battleborn’s open beta last week according to Gearbox Software. Video Gamer did a comparison of other open betas and found that these numbers are unfortunately not that impressive. According to the website, “Destiny’s beta…attracted 4.6 million players back in 2014…Star Wars: Battlefront’s attracted 9.5 million, too, while this year’s beta for The Division reached 6.4 million.”
