Activision officially reveals Call of Duty: WWII

Update: In an interview with Polygon, the developer said that Call of Duty: WWII won’t feature regenerating health. Gamers will most likely need to rely on health packs and medics. While this may be limited to just the single-player campaign, it’s unclear at this point.

Check out the official trailer for Sledgehammer Games’ upcoming Call of Duty: WWII game, which was officially revealed via Twitch stream at 10am PST this morning.

According to the trailer description posted on YouTube, the game will feature “the story of ordinary men turned soldiers in the 1st Infantry Division as they fight to preserve freedom in the face of tyranny. Call of Duty: WWII delivers fast-paced, boots-on-ground combat through iconic locations in the European Theater.”

Call of Duty: WWII will be released on Friday, November 3 on Xbox One, PS4, and PC. Expect further announcements about a Project Scorpio release as well in the future. The game is up for digital preorder on the Xbox Store right now.
