Microsoft looking for users to test Cortana on iOS devices

A few days ago Microsoft posted on the community forums that they were looking for iOS users willing to test the beta version of the Cortana app that will be released on iOS devices. For now the testers that want to help out must be residents in the U.S. or China since this are the locations where the app is already available.

Microsoft has already announced that the Cortana app would be released on both iOS and Android almost a year ago. In May of 2015, they said that the iOS version would be available before the end of 2015.

They also said that the Cortana app, on both iOS and Android, won’t be so feature-rich as the Windows and Windows Phone versions of it, for example, the “Hey Cortana” wake-up feature won’t be available for iOS, at least not at the initial release.

For the Android users, the public beta of Cortana is already available for the U.S. since August.

If you have an iOS device and you live in the U.S. or China, you can request an invite for the beta version through by fulfilling this survey.
