Destiny’s weekly exotic item vendor, Xur, is back in the Tower once again and has brought along a range of exotic items for us to enjoy. This week Xur is in the Reef, which was released with Destiny’s second expansion ‘House of Wolves’, last week. To find Xur this week, you must load the Vestian Outpost, and walk down the stairs to the right. After walking past Brother Vance, you will find Xur in the corner of the map. This is the first time Xur has not been in the Tower, therefore new possible spawn spots will be found over the coming weeks or months.

It’s not strange to see no upgrades this week, due to the House of Wolves release. The way gear leveling is handled has massively changed, with a focus on new content. It is great to see Xur is offering material exchange, if you want to switch coins to Motes of Light.
Our pick for this week is The Last Word. Not only does this weapon pack a punch, but the style and unique flair of this hand cannon is something you don’t want to miss. The weapon has a ridiculous rate of fire for this weapon class, and with the high stability and impact, easily justifies the asking price.
