It appears that Rare remastered GoldenEye for Xbox 360 but the project was ultimately cancelled due to problems with licensing and other legal issues I imagine. The whole saga as well as footage was unveiled by Digital Foundry recently.
I would’ve loved to play GoldenEye on Xbox 360 and, I’m sure through backward compatibility, Xbox One. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like it’s going to every happen now.
