IMGUR User FiveStarFacial has been exploring underwater using Power Armour and a ridiculous mound of Mirelurk cakes.
According to his IMGUR thread, found here, FiveStar was clearing out a Raider camp, but fell into the ocean. Rather than pressing reload, they decided to go exploring. Going from bright and well lit areas of thje ocean, FiveStar explored, finding a large bronze building as well as pipe work. Yet they only find one item to loot. Any Empty pot, which has apparently been kept. Make sure you check out the pictures in the IMGUR post.
The interesting thing about this, is the amount of detail which Bethesda has gone to, in creating an environemnt which most players would not explore. Thinking back to earlier in the year, a harpoon gun was found. Could there be an Underwater section added to the game in future DLC. Only time will tell.
