Microsoft Studios and Team Dakota have confirmed that the Conker DLC for Project Spark is launching on April 23rd 2015. The Conker pack has been highly anticipated by fans since it’s reveal back during E3 2014, however the studio have kept quiet about the pack since. As for pricing, Team Dakota have said it has not been determined and will be a future date.
So what exactly is coming on April 23rd? They’ll be three main pieces of content including ‘Conker’s Big Reunion: Episode 1’, ‘Conker the Champion’ and the ‘Conker Builder Pack’.
The play experience known as ‘Conker’s Big Reunion’ is the first episode of what’s to be an on-going series taking place 10 years after Conker’s Bad Fur Day and finds Conker in need of reconnecting with his old friends. Conker is voiced by Chris Seavor and players will experience familiar characters and challenges.
The ‘Conker Builder Pack’ includes between 200-300 assets including characters, props, terrain materials, visual effects and sound/music effects. Team Dakota says “It gives the community everything they need to make their very own Conker games or use the assets to make other unique games.”
The Conker Play and Create experiences will be available individually and bundled as a digital download on the Xbox Games Store on April 23rd 2015. Are you excited for the return of Conker?
