Infection playlist now available in The Master Chief Collection

343 industries has heard Halo fans and brought the Infection playlist into The Master Chief Collection. Although there were some concern about the Action Sack playlist being substituted with the new Infection playlist, gamers may rest because it will continue to be part of the Halo lineup. It’s the second most played playlist in the game right after Big Team Battle.

However, to make room for the new Infection playlist, the Halo Championship Series playlist, featuring tournament game types, will be retired. As quoted in the update, “This playlist was the official training ground for HCS play during Seasons 1 and 2, and it served its purpose well.
