Microsoft recently announced plans to launch a Halo: The Master Chief Collection Xbox One bundle in March for $349 in the United States. The bundle will include the standard black Xbox One console and a download code for Halo: The Master Chief Collection that includes four games. Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3, and Halo 4 are all part of the package. Halo 3: ODST will be available to consumers at a later date.
Halo: The Master Chief Collection faced criticism at launch due to severe matchmaking issues, but 343 Industries released several patches which have fixed these problems. The collection features all campaign missions from the four games, as well as more than a hundred multiplayer maps. Every game also runs at 1080p 60 FPS.
