HBO NOW, HBO’s streaming service, has arrived on the Xbox One. Available as a free download from the Xbox Store, the app will allow anyone with an HBO NOW subscription—priced at $14.99 a month—to stream any of HBO’s content. As long as you sign up for HBO NOW through the website you will be able to experience a free one-month trial of the service.
Kinect owners will have the ability to control the Xbox One app with gestures and voice commands too. This is a great opportunity for Xbox One owners to experience HBO’s great catalogue of movies and television shows, including True Detective, Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, and Game of Thrones, just in time for its sixth season.
