Injustice Director Ed Boon has revealed the release date for Injustice 2 on Twitter and it will launch on May 16, 2017. The tweet reads “i2.05.16.17”.

Injustice 2 is an upcoming fighting game and a sequel to Injustice: Gods Among Us, which released in 2013. It is set to release for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 and will feature several DC characters returning from the original game as well as some new ones including Supergirl.
