Geek Mode PR today confirmed that Kung-Fu for Kinect, developed by Virtual Air Guitar Company, is scheduled for worldwide release on June 24th, 2016. The game will be available exclusively on Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft at a price of $19.99/€18.99/£14.99.
It’s been a high-kicking, head-butting and nunchuk-wielding journey since the title was sent to the gods of Kung-Fu, but we’re pleased to announce that release is set into the stones of the ancient Kung-Fu temple for the 24th June, with pre-orders being made available in the run up to release.
Aki Kanerva, Founder and Lead Designer at Virtual Air Guitar Company says, “Our fans have been clamoring for the Xbox One version to be released, so we wanted to launch in June to give everyone a kung-fu summer they’ll never forget!”
Aki continues, “For those wishing to meet us at Unite ’16 Europe in Amsterdam, we’ll be in the ‘Made with Unity’ Showcase area, booth KN01, between May 31 – June 2. Anyone interested in booking a time for a hands-on demo and interview may contact me directly at [email protected].”
