The second episode of Dontnod Entertainment’s interactive drama, Life is Strange, has been delayed. Square Enix confirmed the delay today saying that “development is on track and we’re looking to release it before the end of March”. Episode 2: Out of Time was scheduled to release on March 13, 2015. The studio had a six-week release cycle planned for the game. No specific reason was given for the delay but it is probably taking more time to iron out the bugs. Dontnod Entertainment also stated that Life is Strange Episode 2 is “on track” and should be released before the end of March.
Hopefully only Episode 2 will be delayed and the rest of the game will release as planned. However, this hasn’t been confirmed and other episodes might also have been pushed back a bit. Stayed tuned to ICXM.net for more details as soon as they’re available.
