MEET THE GAMER: ProjectNatalFan

What is your Gamertag and the reason for choosing it?

I choose it because I was a big fan of Kinect technology and was known on a forum called System Wars.

What is your favourite genre/s of game and why?

My favourite genres are FPS and sandbox. I’ve loved FPS since they started up. I loved Halo and to me that was a huge reason why I’m here today as a gamer. I really like to play sandbox games as well–the freedom of roaming around and doing whatever I want really appeals to me!

What is your favourite game so far? (Doesn’t need to be an Xbox title!)

Sunset Overdrive just beats out Forza Horizon 2 for me. Both titles showcase that Holiday 2014 delivered in a big way for Xbox. Sunset Overdrive was a trip though!

What is your most memorable gaming moment?

Playing Halo: Combat Evolved on the original Xbox and being completely blown away at what I was playing.

Which achievement has been the most frustrating to obtain? How long did it take you?

I’m not a big achievement guy, I usually play the game from start to finish and that’s what I care about if I’m really enjoying a game. I really have no interest in 1000/1000 games–that’s just not my thing.

What is your gaming guilty pleasure?

Having a large pie and bottle of coke for a night in to play videogames.

If you could pick a video game character, who would you be and why?

It would have to be the Master Chief! This is due to the fact that he has saved humanity numerous times.

If you could pick a location, from any game, to visit, where would it be and why?

It would have to be Mario World. Why? Well Mario is a beast and just look at the place!

Finally, where do you see gaming heading in the next decade?

I see gaming going to the cloud, Crackdown 3 is the biggest and best example of what can be done via the cloud. Simply put, that is the future for traditional gaming. Bigger worlds, fully destructible and limitless potential being powered by the cloud.
