Sega recently held a presentation for their investors discussing the health of the company and the future. Buried deep within the slides was the revelation that the company is planning on reviving dormant franchises.
While we don’t know which games will be revived, it’s safe to assume that incredibly popular titles will come first. Don’t expect these games to be announced all of a sudden, this presentation discussed Sega’s plans until 2020. Right now the company is focused on Sonic Mania and Sonic Forces.
